Brooklyn Taxi saved my (very early) morning! I needed to get to the airport and there were no other companies, Ubers, or Lyfts. He answered my call immediately and the taxi arrived very quickly. My driver drove safely and swiftly to the airport, was very polite and professional and even helped me get my bags to the terminal counter. Definitely suggest using this company if youre needing a ride anywhere in Fayetteville!

I had ordered a Lyft ride to the airport however Lyft canceled at last minute. Called Brooklyn taxi who immediately came to pick me up.. the driver was amazing tried to get me to the airport to make my flight. Even brought my bag in so I can get to the counter to check in however did not make it. No fault of Brooklyn taxi this was the cause of the Lyft service!! Hope this helps anyone trying to make it to the airport dont use Lyft call Brooklyn taxi awesome service!!

Needed a ride from work unexpectedly and was waiting on a different taxi company for 30 minutes when I decided to call Brooklyn Taxi. He legit was there to pick me up in 3 minutes flat. Being a petite female I was a little nervous riding with a stranger, but all of that changed as I got in the back seat. The vibe was great and I felt safe. So I am a hair stylist from New York who just recently moved to Fayetteville . I had just finished my clients for the day and thought I could depend on lyft to get me home . But I was told I had a 35 min wait time and I had been waiting for Almost 1 hour and 45 mins . I then started calling the closets taxi services near me . I found Brooklyn Taxi and spoke with Biejo and he told me he would be outside in 15 mins . There he was and the ride was very smooth , helped me with my bags in the car and made sure I had everything I needed .
